We interrupt this to bring you an important message

NEWSFLASH:

Our covert operatives have obtained this grainy testing ground spy-photo imagery of the new 2007 GMC PLANET SCOUT planned for a mid-year introduction. It appears that the latest Suburban platform is the base of this special edition for the 35-40-something demographic.

The roof mounted satellite dish reportedly picks up 4,345 channels and also broadcasts and receives GPS signals while two small revolving lights on the roof act as warning flashers in the event of an emergency. Newly designed Gold Optiflex Windows are designed to filter all harmful UV radiation and are global warming radiation certified until 2020. Our source inside GM informs us that the new glass is resistant to either small arms fire or 3" and smaller meteorites - whichever you may encounter. The Planet Scout is projected to have a starting price of $184,000.

We did an informal poll of SUV owners as to their reaction and based upon the response it should be an overwhelming success. Here's just one example of the positive response the image of new model generated:

"Yes! Finally GM got it right! The Cadillac Escalade, GMC Yukon XL and the Ford Expedition were close - but this...THIS is what I have been waiting for all my life! I really, really, really want one and I want to drive it in the sand! And I don't want to share it with anyone!"
